Terms of Service

By accessing or using probe-app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, distribution of malware, or disruption of the service.

You are solely responsible for any activity under your account. Probe-app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access without prior notice if these Terms are violated or if deemed necessary to protect the platform or other users.

Content and services on probe-app may change without notice. Continued use of the platform after updates or changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Usage Conditions

Users must not upload or distribute content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights. Bots, exploits, and attempts to bypass systems or manipulate mechanics are strictly forbidden.

You may not use probe-app in connection with any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Accounts found engaging in such activity may be permanently banned without refund or appeal.

Refund Policy

💰 PROBE-APP REFUND POLICY

Refunds are granted ONLY if:

• Requested before the end of the APTT (Allowed Play Test Time) of 2 hours.
• A verified bug or technical issue prevents usage, confirmed by the support team in #support.

Refunds will NOT be granted if:

• You changed your mind after the 2-hour APTT period.
• The account has been banned or restricted due to Terms of Service violations.
• You experience dissatisfaction without evidence of a technical fault.

All refund requests must be submitted through our support system within 7 days of purchase. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the probe-app staff and may be denied if abuse is suspected.
